Who is eligible to apply/benefit from this assistance?
Applicant Eligibility
Single Source - University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), College of Natural Science and Mathematices, Division of Research, Geophysical Institute, UAF, owns the only Hyspex instrument in the US available for use by USFWS, and employs specially trained personnel to process data acquired by the instrument. Data collection will be collaborative between USFWS and UAF. Data processing will be conducted exclusively by UAF who employ the only trained personnel in the US capble of completing the task.
