This is a Notice of Intent to Award, not a Request for Applications. This posting is to provide public notice of the National Park Service intent to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Youth engagement partnership to assist NPS with Invasive Plant Management (herbicide application and mechanical removal) and Site Restoration (seed collection, site preparation, planting of native species) at National Park Service units in the Pacific Northwest.
