10 U.S.C. 7462 The intent is to issue a cooperative agreement, without using competitive procedures, to the Army West Point Athletic Association in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4362(a)(1) and subject to the conditions in 10 U.S.C. 4362(g). No additional information. Award is subject to: 1) receipt of applicable/acceptable certifications and representations; 2) having a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov); 3), the applicant, its principals, proposed subrecipients/subrecipient principals not appearing in SAM Exclusions as currently debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible; and 4) meeting other proposal requirements specified by the awarding office. Preapplication coordination is not applicable. 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards applies to this program.
