Three State Air Quality Study

The project is intended to facilitate air quality planning, in particular planning under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), related to oil and gas development in the region. This effort is intended to make NEPA projects more consistent, more efficient and more cost effective while making better information more readily available to the public. Collaborative activities that are a part of the Three State Air Quality Study include coordination, air quality modeling, emission inventory development, and data warehouse operations. The study area includes Utah, Wyoming and Colorado and is about to expand to include New Mexico.
