Skills Development Study Trip for State Officials

The U.S. Embassy India will bring five high-level officials involved in skills development from an Indian state administration to the United States to study the U.S. network of community colleges with the objective of developing expertise and contacts to help the state build a more effective vocational education system. The participants will be selected by Mission India. To bring meaningful reform to skills development at the state level, the grantee would design and execute a structured 14-day study trip to the United States. During the trip, the team should look at analogous state structures for skills development in American community colleges and similar institutions. (Please refer full announcement).
