This project will establish a partnership with an entity that will organize recreationists, of all types, into a network of responsible stewards giving back to the land where they recreate and help keep quality recreation opportunities available. This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition.
