RCW TRANSLOCATION DONOR POPULATION
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Witter Wildlife Consulting, LLC conducting RCW monitoring in accord with the Service¿s RCW recovery plan to identify and provide 20 suitable RCW subadults for translocation to small RCW recipient populations identified by the Service. To effectively and safely conduct these activities, the Recipient will continue to plan, operate, and coordinate with Eglin AFB Jackson Guard and various military range control operations.
