Randolph-Sheppard – Financial Relief and Restoration Payments

 

To provide financial relief and restoration payments to offset losses to blind vendors that occurred as a result of the global pandemic during calendar year 2020, if those losses were not otherwise compensated, and to support State Business Enterprise Programs by allowing any remaining funds to be used for the purposes set forth in 34 C.F.R. 395.9.

SLAs must use these grants: to make financial relief and restoration payments to offset losses of blind vendors that occurred during calendar year 2020, if those losses were not otherwise compensated; and use any remaining funds for the set aside purposes authorized by 34 C.F.R. § 395.9.
