Proposal on Taking Stock of Implementation of the GCTF Rabat Memorandum Good Practices
The assessment would look at each of the good practices identified in the Rabat Memorandum and seek to identify concrete examples of implementation (e.g., where countries have enacted or updated the relevant legislation necessary to implement the good practices; developed or changed agency regulations and rules to give effect to the legislation; are implementing the revised regulations and rules in daily activities; and the impact of the changes.)
