Partnership for Urban MCH Leadership Community Cooperative Agreement
This announcement solicits applications for the Partnership for Urban MCH Leadership Community Cooperative Agreement program.Ă‚Â The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to support urban MCH leaders as they work to improve public health programs and the delivery of MCH services, and to assure optimal alignment with the transformed Title V MCH Services Block Grant program.Ă‚Â For purposes of this funding opportunity announcement, urban MCH leaders are defined as leaders of MCH programs in any city or county health department having jurisdiction over one or more areas with populations of 100,000 or larger.
