Operation and Maintenance of Continuous Water Quality Monitoring Stations at Padre Island National Seashore

 

This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a non-competitive Task Agreement under the Gulf Coast, Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Master Cooperative Agreement (P12AC51051) in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The purpose of this task agreement is to (1) provide a continuous real-time water quality data record to the public, park managers and researchers for current conditions in the Upper Laguna Madre (2) provide a foundation of water quality data for associated biological monitoring and research (3) collect monthly grab samples for key nutrients identified by the Federal/State consortium of the Gulf of Mexico Alliance for Gulf-wide nutrient assessments.
