Purpose of Program: The purpose of the Disability Innovation Fund, as provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 (Pub. L. 113-76), is to support innovative activities aimed at improving the outcomes of ``individuals with disabilities,'' as defined in section 7(20)(B) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.421A. Applications for grants under the Automated Personalization Computing Project, CFDA number 84.421A, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov. Eligible Applicants: An application must be submitted by an eligible applicant serving as the lead entity on behalf of a proposed partnership that would involve public and private partners participating in project implementation and governance. The applicant must be a State or public or nonprofit agency or organization, including Indian tribes and IHEs. The applicant, together with its proposed partners, must also have a demonstrable record of working together with key stakeholders such as major ICT providers, agencies that serve people with disabilities, and organizations of people with disabilities.
