Native Prairie Adaptive Management Project Decision Support Tool
Archive Tables: 1. Create archive tables for each list that will store previous years data and clear out the main tables for data entry. a. SharePoint Changes - Table adjustments in SharePoint, Form modifications, Change source for Summary excel file housed in SharePoint b. Coordinator Database (Access) - i. Redo import function to copy current year data into archive table, Upload archive tables onto SharePoint, Delete data from working tables on SharePoint, Rework all queries to grab data from archive tables instead of working tables. Data Entry Form Changes - 1. Modify data entry forms to enhance the quickness of data entry 2. Create duplicate list for forms with lots of records. This will eliminate slow data entry at the end of the data entry season. Reports - Modify reports in the coordinator and cooperator database to reflect all changes implemented above. Data Roll-up Assistance - Provide general support for running Decision Support Tool during the annual data roll-up phase of this project.

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Cooperative agreement to the Chicago Botanic Garden for the purpose of : improving the functionality of the Native Prairie Adaptive Management Project Decision Support Tool that is housed on the DOI SharePoint Portal. B. Continuation and Unique Qualifications which allows for award without competition to an applicant. The Applicant and project meet this criteria due to the unique qualifications, such as the need for continuity in developing the Decision Support Tool (i.e. there are several `in process¿ tasks that the Applicant needs to complete) and the unique expertise in linking databases to models within the SharePoint environment.
