NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Serviceâ₏™s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this Agreement is to improve the accessibility to the National Scenic Trail and permit increased visitor safety through the removal of overgrown brush, resurfacing of the heavily eroded trail tread and replacement of weathered and failing structures.
