Landscape Factors Influencing functional connectivity for Greater Sage-grouse
1) establish biologically meaningful groupings for the landscape genetic analyses, 2) develop and compare set of ecologically relevant resistance surfaces that represent ecological hypotheses describing genetic connectivity for sage-grouse within each geographic grouping, and 3) use existing lek locations as current nodes and estimate current flow (i.e., predicted probability of movement) to establish movement corridors within each grouping.
