Office: U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE Grant 1 This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Grant Agreement to South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the purpose of coordinating data collection with the U.S. Geological Survey for the Lake Creek Above Refuge near Tuthill South Dakota Gage No. 06448000. This Single Source Award is being awarded in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B (2) Continuation, which allows for award without competition to an applicant. This recipient and project meet these criteria due to Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources (FWS Number WT05033) that expires September 7, 2015. This Single Source Award is being awarded in accordance with DOI Policy 505 DM2.14B (2).
