NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Serviceâ₏™s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to partner with The Student Conservation Association (SCA) to provide in-depth, quality work experience for selected interns. This partnership will provide student interns an introduction to the National Park Service interpretive programming in terms of program research, development, and implementation.
