Notice of Intent to Award: This announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Fish and Wildlife Service's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. To complete research on migration habitat use and survivorship of American Woodcock in the Mid-Atlantic region that was started by the USFWS Region 5 Division of Migratory Bird Management (DMBM), the U.S. Geological Survey Patuxent Research Station, and Moosehorn NWR in 2010.
