Great Plains Fire Science Exchange

 

This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service (NPS), intention to fund the following project activities without competition. The Great Plains Fire Science Exchange (GPFE) is a partnership between the National Park Service, the Joint Fire Science Program (JFSP), Missouri State University, and Kansas State University. The project was selected for funding after a competitive call for proposals from the National Interagency Fire Council (NIFC) in 2010. NIFC provided funding for two years beginning June 2012. The exchanges are eligible for biennial renewal pending satisfactory performance.
