FY 2015 Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program Organizational Components
The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division, of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition for a grant to manage the FY15 organizational components of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program. The FLEX program addresses U.S. foreign policy goals. The Office of Citizen Exchanges is consolidating the FLEX and A-SMYLE Organizational Components into one program under the FLEX program brand name in FY 2015. The FLEX program provides scholarships for high school students from Europe and Eurasia to live in the United States for an academic year. In turn, these students expose U.S. citizens to the culture, traditions, and lifestyles of people of their home countries.
