FY 2015 Environmental Studies Program
The Environmental Studies Program (ESP) of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to conduct research in topics that serve the public interest of safe and environmentally sound energy and mineral production on the nation's outer continental shelf. This Program Announcement describes the specific projects that may be awarded to the universities or eligible groups identified. All awards are premised on receipt of an acceptable proposal. This is not an open solicitation for proposals. This announcement is specifically to announce intent to undertake the following projects;Understanding Whale Presence in the Virginia Offshore Wind Energy Area (open to Cornell University Bio-acoustic Research Program via the North Atlantic Coast Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (CESU)
