The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) education outreach program offers an opportunity for schools with formal or pending education partnership agreements in place with the Lakehurst, New Jersey organization (also known as the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst), to submit an application for the 2014 Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education Grants Program. These competitive grants are designed to increase innovation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics programs only for students’ grades 4 – 12 in Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer and Burlington Counties in New Jersey.
