Fish and Wildlife Management Assistance
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources has a continuation of previous years where creel surveys were performed at various locations around the Richard B. Russell and J. Strom Thurmond reservoirs to evaluate effects of pumped storage operations. The new scope of work outlines the tasks for the continued monitoring and assessment effort designed to evaluate 4 pumped storage units.
