Expansion of Probability of Being Cropped Analysis to Minnesota and Iowa
The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Produce a model of the grassland conversion probability for the PPJV portions of Minnesota and Iowa, using the exact techniques that have been pioneered in the states of Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. By using the exact methodology that was successfully accomplished in the rest of the PPJV (ND, SD, MT), the PPJV will be able to accomplish seamless conservation planning. Statistical techniques will be a Random Forest Non-linear prediction and be capable of being projected in GIS.
