Develop business plan
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) will make a Single Source award to a previously selected recipient to develop a business plan for the Pacific Refuges and Monuments. This plan will help define, clarify and articulate the highest priority investments in management and restoration, with emphasis on climate change resilience and opportunity for seabird and endangered species habitat restoration. The recipient will then develop a matrix to analyze how the Service manages and restores wildlife, reduces expenses through investments, partnerships and efficiencies, and increases staff capacity and world-class visitor opportunities. The matrix will be used to develop case statements for educational purposes.
