The criteria for selecting proposals will be detailed in the notice of funding opportunity The funds will be used by local governments with fire protection responsibilities to acquire slip-on tanker units to establish fleets of vehicles that can be quickly converted to be operated as fire engines. Performance Reports: Recipients, unless otherwise noted in the award document, shall submit periodic Progress/Performance Reports on at least an annual basis. Upon completion of the agreement, recipients shall submit a final Progress/Performance Report, and other specific reports that may be applicable to the agreement. The frequency of reporting and reporting periods as well as deadlines are stated in the award terms and conditions. Upon completion of the agreement, recipients shall submit a final report no later than 120 calendar days after the award end date. Not applicable. Financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other non-Federal entity records pertinent to a federal award must be retained for a period of three years from the date of submission of the final expenditure report. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the 3-year period, the records must be retained until litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved and final action taken, in accordance with 2 CFR 200 Subpart D ? 200.333, Retention Requirements for Records.
