Cully Park Development

Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge is seeking a partner organization to complete two specific projects planned for the future Cully Park, located in the Cully neighborhood in Northeast Portland, OR, and owned by City of Portland. To date, the community has developed a variety of conceptual and design plans for elements of the Cully Park. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks to fund two elements through a grant: 1) the final design, permitting and construction of the Intertribal Gathering Garden, and 2) the architectural design and construction of the children¿s nature play area. The Service intends to fund one award for both projects and expects approximately $150,000-$175,000. The recipient must provide documentation of coordination with Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) and abide by design and construction practices set forth by PP&R.
