Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, North Atlantic Coast
The US Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for molecular genetic research to validate the inheritance of candidate microsatellite DNA markers within a captive population of S. transitionalis and insure that a sufficient number of markers are available to assist managers with avoiding inbreeding depression.
