Cooperative Agreement for Terrestrial Survey and Monitoring at Eglin AFB
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award an agreement to Virginia Tech to conduct terrestrial and biological monitoring at Eglin Air Force Base. This financial assistance opportunity is being used under a Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) program. CESUs are partnerships that provide research, technical assistance, and education. This is a continuation of ongoing work previously funded by Eglin Air Force Base; now funded by the service through reimbursable agreement with the air force.
