The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Conduct bird survey work on the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge (CMR)consistent with The Integrated Bird Monitoring Program (IMBCR)that was first implemented in 2008 by the Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory.
