Capacity Building and Strengthening Implementation of HIV Combination Prevention and Treatment Services in Priority Geographic Locations and Populations at Facility, Community, District and Provincial Levels in the Republic of Zambia under the Presid

 

The purpose of this FOA is to implement a package of HIV services that will support Zambiaâ₏™s HIV/AIDS response; strengthen health and laboratory systems; and promote sustainability through full transition to the GRZ by end of the project period. Transition will be demonstrated by 20% annual reduction in service delivery targets starting in the second program year. Activities will be implemented in prioritized geographic locations based on epidemiologic data with some districts being intervened in the first year and more added consecutively based on continued HIV burden analysis.
