BLM-OR/WA Education and Outreach Support

 

The objective of this agreement is to help provide education and outreach support to engage youth in public land management and natural resource preservation. Programs will include such things as assisting with the Phoenix School's Oregon Youth Conservation Corps natural resources summer technical crew, working with the Resources and People (RAP) Camp, presenting education programming at the Glide Forestry Days/Tour, continuing with youth job shadowing programs, recruiting and mobilizing volunteers with a youth emphasis to assist with outreach programs such as National Public Lands Day, Free Fishing Day and the Outdoor Recreation and Sportsmen Show, and National Trails Day.
