BLM OR-WA Plant Conservation - Assessment, Restoration, and Monitoring

 

The program performs restoration testing, climate change and viability modeling, monitoring, assessments, surveys and recovery actions for Threatened and Endangered (T&E) plants, and rare and common native plants within the Vale District BLM. The first project for this program will focus on creating restoration protocols for sagebrush steppe habitat, which is a direct benefit to Greater sage-grouse.
