BLM OR-WA Native Plant Conservation

 

This program is to promote the conservation, management, understanding, and overall recovery of both State and Federally listed species and other native plants in Oregon on a State-wide level. General recovery-related actions under the agreement may include (but are not limited to) field projects, lab and greenhouse work, herbarium research, and literature-based studies. Specific projects may focus on population monitoring and assessment, demographic modeling, lab- and/or field-based taxonomic evaluations, reproductive ecology assessments, life history studies involving field and/or greenhouse work, seed banking, or species status surveys, and may include public outreach and participation by involving volunteers from the general public or Oregon school students.
