BLM OR WA Baseline Soil Water Data WEW
The objective of this project is to collect baseline soil and water data in support of monitoring for resource management, planning, and recovery of native plant and animal (aquatic and terrestrial) species. Water and soil samples will be collected and analyzed through two hydrologic seasons. Hydrology flow studies will be conducted for prairie sites with critical habitat adjacent to projected ODOT expansions on Highway 126 and the siting of an industrial building on fill adjacent to BLM administered lands (also designated as critical habitat.)
