BLM CA Sacramento County Sheriffs Department Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center
BLM California will collaborate with the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center (RCCC) to develop a wild horse training, holding, and adoption program at their county-owned facility in Elk Grove, California. Initially, RCCC will hold only the horses they will be using in the training program.
