SINGLE SOURCE: City of Homer, Alaska The trail traverses FWS and City land. Most segments of the trail were upgraded in 2013 by the City of Homer, Alaska. In order to obtain a seamless trail design and construction and take advantage of cost sharing and savings, we propose to award this project to the City of Homer, AK. The city will match the project including design, permitting, project management, and inspection
