Bald and Golden Eagle Research Trust Fund

 

This is an award to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to establish a funding mechanism for projects that achieve the conservation of listed species in accordance with the Declaration of Bald and Golden Eagle (B&GE) Research Trust Funds within the Colorado and Mojave Deserts B&GE Research Trust Fund. Specifically, funding will aid in the identification, selection, and funding of research and conservation projects to provide information needed form management of decisions associated with eagle conservation. NO COMPETITION FOR THIS AWARD IS REQUIRED.

This award is intended for The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). NFWF was created by Congress in 1984 to protect and restore fish and wildlife and their habitats. NFWF will work with the Service to provide grants on a competitive basis to protect imperiled species, improve wildlife habitat and conserve water for wildlife and people.
