Assessment of Mojave Desert Toroise Health in the Large Scale Translocation Site
In cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (the Service), San Diego Zoo Global (SDZG) agrees to assess the health of Mojave desert tortoises within the Large-scale Translocation Site (LSTS) relative to tortoises in the surrounding Ivanpah Valley with the objective of assessing disease risks of these two populations mixing.
